It was like 1.5 times the horsepower

Why is my 4WD car over-powered?

Postby Doof4294967296 » Sat Feb 28, 2015 12:48 pm

I was changing the drivetrain of one of the cars I added in my mod, knowing it was 4WD/AWD in real-life. Now I noticed it was over-powered and it's about twice its horsepower. Anyway, What should I know of programming a .vehcarsim of 4WD cars? The horsepower, the friction of wheels? How should I set this values?

It's something normal of the MM2 game cars tuning working. When all the wheels have traction, the performances improves like if you've added a second engine. Now, you have to low the horsepower and speed related values till you get the desired specifications.

Okay, thanks. I'll also set the tire friction equal from front and rear.
