I know that the London subway is a PKG object, and after you've got it you can import it to MM2CT.
But to make a mod after done this you have to save the edits, the .inst file will be update, and to use this as mod (I don't know if you need some other file).
The .inst file is the file with the values of the positions of the city PKG objects.

Just one thing, IMHO I give you reason about that you have to see and try to learn what you want, but if a thing is too hard for own knowledges and skills, is better leave it.
