Wait, I did some further searching, and discovered that the sailboards, and sailboats both spell something out that finish the word... (I drew a line over 2 letters, because they where kinda hard too read...)
So, the finished word spells LUCAS, or LU-CAS. It could either be the name of someone, or maybe it stands for "Love you, Cassie", or something like that. Most likely a name, though.
