The first no, of course, this tutorial was written before the coming of Maxoff but the second can be used to DP and the last one was made for DP (check the pics).

yeh, but none of them shows how to make a new dash, the 3rd one shows how to place an existing dash in a car & the other 2 r using zmodeler which i dunno how to use.

Please Pravegm007, stop to ask always questions, it's becoming very annoying...
Of course I'll use MM2 Dashboard Placer program for this tutorial, I always use it, but I won't say too much things about the dashboard picture editing, you must have skills in that, especially in using the clone brush tool.

first: you have to search a good pic of the dash you want to make. search for further pics of the gauges, too.
second: download Paint.NET and install
third: cut out the steering wheel and replace the "damaged" parts in your pic with the clonebrush or copying the extra-gauges pics. the windscreen MUST not have any textures. only delete it (try it out if you don
