I've got the file, and I'll try it soon, because I'm at the library. But I gotta admit too, once I saw SF Night Cloudy, its exactly what I expected it to be. Great work mate!
EDIT: I've been busy on MM2 checking out the skies, and they're so amazing! I assume you're gonna work with the sky reflections on the water for the next version, right? Might be a suggestion, but upto you.
On a scale to 10, I rate this 9.9/10.

Thanks guys!
The repeating sky mod doesnt reflect the sky on the water because this mod only replaces textures. My next sky mod will use the the base files from dummiesboy's RV3 and RV4beta sky mods, which means it also changes the skydome and therefore will automatically have sky reflections on water. Check my website in a few days to see some progress on it.

Just a quick tip, something I learned when making the RV4 skies. When you convert the textures to .tex format in Tex Manager, have the two lines on the right read:
0001
00010001
These hex flags will stop the textures from looping, which means you don't need the pixel strips along the sides to prevent seams.
Anyway, can't wait to see what these look like. I hope you manage to fix the bit of distortion in the skies, since you're using my old method.
