Sorry but no, this thing can't be published because it's evident that's nothing interesting. It's just a plane with a texture on it, it's obviously not worth its download and try... At least, upload the file in a file hosting website and post the downlaod link in this topic.

Yes, use a tiled brick texture instead of making every brick..
BTW does that grey thing looks like this palace?
