I've finished first 3 circuit races of SF, they're Take it Easy, Hang Time and Gimme SOMA. Actually, they were finished last night for me and I'm posting it at morning. I was gonna post pic of them at night but at night, my internet ran very slow. Every upload started failing. Therefore, I'm posting it at morning by my local time. All the weathers and time of days for all circuit races were suggested by NotoriousA, his ideas are cool and I'm setting weather conditions according to him.
So here is the progress!
Take it Easy:
Now this race has clear evening as default condition. To make race interesting, 3 more opponents are added. Now there are 3 accelerated LTVs, 2 dunes and 2 RSis. And the race has now just 2 laps. Because less laps in races becomes harder to defeat. The RSis were suggested by Pujan.
Hang Time:
Since, this race had 7 opponents with one slot free for 8th, I activated it as appropriate opponent. Now the race has rainy morning as default condition, 3 laps as default laps and 0.9% traffic by default. And now, there are 8 opponents, they're Fastbacks, RSis, Mustang GTs and Audi TTs.
Known bugs:
The opponents, especially an RSi and a mustang often crashes into building after jumping from tunnel. Or we can say that they kinda forget to take the turn, that's because of their higher acceleration while jumping. So I'll think about it later, but I think, it's not a big problem.
Gimme SOMA:
I honestly worked on this race to make it perfect! Now this race is reduced to 3 laps and weather and time of day condition is now Rainy Evening! It's cool! This race has 1.1% traffic by default. Also, my crazy ideas made this race better. My crazy ideas were to put bus cop as blockers to some shortcuts which AI cannot take but players can take it. Therefore, crazy pursuing buses are created. But they aren't that non-moving, I tried a lot but it doesn't work. So I've created several buses. 1 more opponent to the race is added. 1 opponent's start spot is now changed to better. Now opponents are 3 Audis, 2 Cops and 2 Astons.
Known Bugs:
The bus cops don't forever stay as a blocker to shortcut, they'll chase you and will get idle on another places unless player is sighted again.

Wow, perfectly placed it in a single attempt. There are actually two crazy buses.

What type of heavy board? LTV is light in weight for blocker position as well.The LTV racers are nice as well as the bus cops are nice.
P.S.: I have a new idea of roadblocks. A heavy board placed in races with 1 blocking LTV.

They mean the boards indication STOP! Converted from NFS: MW.What type of heavy board? LTV is light in weight for blocker position as well.The LTV racers are nice as well as the bus cops are nice.

@Seahawk. Other props are obviously lighter than any bus. 
@e-cobra: No, I didn't put bus cops for pursuing. I've putted them as blockers. If I had to put pursuing units, I surely had putted fast cars like cops etc.

Wow, a really hard game mode? This is something I was waiting a long time ago! The professional mode is hard if we don't have the Panoz, but once the most addon cars are really fast t become easier. I'll download it
