I doubt they'll ever know. I'm not sure how they could seeing as how it's just a 3D model.
Can you link me to the topic please? I searched and cant seem to find anything related to mm4..
I don't think there is really any info about it on this forum or any other main MM2 forums. If there is, then I think MMArchive would be the best place to look. It's been awhile and I can't remember much.
All the info about it would be on Anthony's site, if it even exists anymore (I just now remembered his name). He was the guy that started it.

Really nice model, good work with it. Possibly don't use always those same wheels at the end.
Yes, the speakers symbols surely are the sounds added in the city environment.
