It looks good, your edits as explained seems well done. However, better use the higher quality NFS Hot Pursuit model, you can easily get it asking to Riva. I can give you my support to realize this release.

Looks nice, the driver is missing. The NFS Hot Pursuit model will look better in-game, though.
The textures blur in farer distances is given by the lack of anisotropic filtering, if you graphic card isn't really old it should be supported.

The only problem is its Intel, they dont want to add AF into it, and the reason I put it in the red color is because people saying textures suck

This skin doesn't seem to go with the body lines, but it's hard to tell because of the graphics.

Nice looking skin, hard to say if it's really good for that image, and seems that you've added the NFS Carbon game driver model.
Intel integrated graphic cards aren't made for games, so they probably won't never get filters for geometries and materials.
