It's too much cheap to be a NFS game series, with a Bugatti Veyron then. This game should be a free game called Police Supercars Racing, I've tried it in past. Not an easy guessing.

Well, the rule is that the game I post should be a car racing game.

You're the author of this topic and so guessing game, but you haven't said nowhere that the games to post has to be only car racing games. Better extend to any kind of vehicles.
