It's a paintjob copied from one present in this Audi TT, pretty similar to the one of the Audi TT NOS Boost, though. Very nice work and good idea have made it.

I have a little problem now. You may know that I'm working on that Audi TT paintjob. My problem is that the roof and the hood use the same texture but they have to use different ones in my paintjob. Could anyone kind of split these to parts and give me the new .pkg?

You can well do in this way. Make a copy o the roof/hood texture and give it a different name apposite for this special paintjob, edit it as it has to look (choose if make it for the hood or for the roof), then select only the model polygons of the hood or of the roof and assign it a new material with this texture. After done the exporting, you'll have to keep this texture to the new material only for that paintjob, the plain colors will have the other one for both the materials, used for hood and roof; this kind of textures naming editing has to be done with MM2 City Toolkit File Browser tool, you know.
Hope to have been clear with the explaining, it's the simpliest solution.

Sounds good, but I seem too stupid to select a single face. You know I have no clue how to use zModeler, I only know how to add paintjobs with it...

So that's your problem, you don't know how to minimally use ZModeler about modeling. And, you're not helpful at all Whoami, having also suggested the wrong command.
It's an easy thing to do, and do it at least for the BODY_H object: keep only this object visible, go in faces mode pressing the key button 3, click on the BODY_H object in any view except the 3D one, use the Select...
