That looks great and well improved from the last time I saw it. Nice work and keep it up.

A natural way to learn to model better is to keep doing it (i.e. practice). I hope, if I have time this summer, to write a better tutorial on these subjects.

This Alphard is really nice (I saw it from Salim's forum), your polyplacement isn't so bad to be honest, normals are good (good job btw), you can save some polies from the back side zone but the overall look is balanced, so it's not really required.

Keep it up !

PS : maybe you'll join the next CGA's 3D contest (only US cars) ?

Great modeling work, it's a lot better than your first modeling try with the Volvo bus. :) All is keep a good and ordered polygons placement and put the right number of polygons in the parts that are more smooth, but without exaggerate with their number. Keep up the nice work mate.

Nice that you plan to release other of your own trucks conversions. :)

thanks to you all Friends! thanks for supporting me! :D

@Silent: maybe we can make the tutorial V2 together? for a good things for MM2, hehe. we can share opinion, and take the best one.

@Riva: thanks Riva! but Salim have told me that my poly placement is bad. "to much polygons, its not good for scratch projects". i still stuck on there, how to make a simple poly, but its good for looking.

about the 3D contest, where can i see the rules?

@Matt1314: yes, offcourse! :D

can anyaone tell me how to "assign uv map" the tire/wheel perfect? (not the rims, the grid one)

thanks :)

@Riva: hm, thanks for the info. but, i'm not the master for this, i can't make a car from scratch during 4 weeks, and i don't know much info about US cars. i must share my time with my real life. but don't worry. if ever i get full free time, i will participate.

Great progress.

If you mean "tire treadmarks", there is a short tutorial on 3DAutos forum showing how to do it. Actually, its in french, so here is the tutorial translated. You basically have to texturea a few flat parts of the tire at a time and not the whole tire at once.

nah, that's what i mean about. because i have try to assign the map at all once of "tire_treadmarks" faces, its become looks ugly. haha. but, i must find again the topics to see it. and thanks again.

Never start mapping when your normals aren't done.

You should fix the tops from some back zones (near the door and from the hood, near the windowshield).

Keep it up !
