And I've textured the wheel, now its time to copy it to make the other three.
Disc brakes: Only the red caliper will be a fender object, while the disc and wheel will be made into one object so it rotates with the wheel.

Finally getting somewhere now.. In-game pics:
fender objects appear to rotate as they should:
Now making dash and tuning improvements. Chassis, interior and bumpers are mapped on to a different texture so they won't have reflections. And forgot to mention: The driver is from GTA Vice City and he's wearing a seat belt too!
