That's the particular intersection that doesn't work - however, every other intersection doesn't work either...

I knew I was going to regret working so fast

UPDATE:

I'm comparing the 2 maps and I think I know what I did...for the GROUND_ objects, I used the scale tool to fill in those spaces. Little did I know that scaling the way I did is what killed me - it lowered the edges of the sidewalks! Everything in the original version I saved before I decided to make a game test version is fine!

I'm going to make one more game test version, but this time, I'll do it right. Wish me luck!

BAH! It did it again!

Either I have to start completely over on this map OR, I could replace the idea of having this ridiculously huge map with a much smaller map that I can think of. I'd rather make a fantasy map than have to do this, because I never realized how much stress this is going to put me through.

This doesn't necessarily mean this project was cancelled - it simply means we are going to redo the original concept :)

I know what you did wrong at the intersections. The number of inner vertices of the sidewalks isn't the same as the number of outer vertices.

Good for the game test, but you had to do it before to test your intersections and roads, after less work done. Only now I've noticed that indeed the corners of the intersection sidewalks have a different number of vertices between inner and outern part, they must be the same to have them in the perfect look (you've used 4 vertices for the outern part and only one for the inner part).
About the wrong texture/material used for the intersection parts you've kind fixed it in the second try; it depends by the materials number and order: the first three are for the roads and the second three for the intersections, in the MM2 City Toolkit simple city making tutorial this should be rightly explained.

LOL you're right, it was quick. But I never realized how big the map was until I started building it...
