Nice work, good to have figured it out. 
Seems that you aren't using a texture for those white rectungualar, and so they look so lighted up in night time, or maybe you're using the _ni copy. The look is bad, that's not needed.

Liberty City? I need some explanation. I know it's from GTA, but I don't play that game. I prefer NFS and MM2.

i agree man, and also tonius i didnt check your other posts is there a flying and landing airplane thereYeah, it`s awesome! And, the airport is excellent, but could make the white lines smaller? They`re bigger than a car

OK, I'll make the lines smaller. I have never been on an airport, you know. 
And Sido, a flying and landing plane is impossible. I know it was in MM1, but since they didn't put an airport in SF and London, they left it out in MM2.
EDIT: OK, I made the lines smaller. I also fixed a small bug: the planes and the lines are now affected by the lighting. They were always bright before. Compare it with the pics above and you'll see.

The airport center (or whatever you want to call it) is nearly done. I only need to make the control tower and the tubes (those things people walk through to get in the plane).
