Nice Freightliner cop! I think only the city bus cop could look more awesome, so I'm waiting to see it. ;)

Glowing materials only work for TGA texture formats, not BMP. So check for that. Otherwise, I'd just create new wheels using simple cylinder objects.

Yeah, the textures are .tga, but funny enough, while Zmodeler reads the .tga ones, the game uses .tex ones. I wonder why?

In my previous post I'd already given some advice about how fix the wheels problem, it's an issue of missing texture for the material used for the inner wheels part. The material type in ZModeler (unused, glowing, etc.) isn't influent once you export to the PKG file format, unless you're using the Maxoff's PKG filter, because in it it's used to enable or disable the in-game reflection to each material.
By default, ZModeler doesn't support the TEX file format, but it isn't however necessary if before you've converted the textures to the TGA file format. The file names are what count, not also the file extensions. Successively, the important is put only the own new textures in the mod .ar file, finally converted in TEX format.

Well, technically the little trucks can be counted as cars...

I guess we could say first cop truck of that size.

Is it goina be tuned fast or massive? Or both?

Speaking of cop trucks, I guess I should get around to making that Ford Raptor cop sometime...

I mean that such Freighliner cop was made already but it's one of those forgotten add-ons and it was just black with sirens and different wheels so nothing interesting
