Can someone tell me the name of this track please

Simple. That map is Lost City and you can download it here, but isn't similar to the image because it's the beta version and I've found only this.
There are also The Test Map that is similar to that, and you can get this other map here.

Yes, the full version is out from some years. I have downloaded it long time ago, but I don't know where I can found it on the MM2 sites that I know now.
