Is impossible edit an in-game car using the MM2 Ultimate Tweaker. You must extract the tuning files in the Tuning folder in the mm2core.ar file with DeAR 2 and edit the file vpcop.vehcarsim in the Vehicle folder ("vpcop" is the internal car name of the MM2 Ford Mustang Cop; to know the other in-game internal cars' name open the .info file) using the Notepad. The most important values to edit are the same indicated in the MM2UT program, like horsepower, gears number and drivetrain.

A .ar file is possible to made simply using WinZip: create you file in .zip file format and then rename it in .ar file format. Let show the known file extensions through Folder options in Windows if them are hidden. ;)

Ah, ok. You need to edit the .vehcardamage file with Notepad always in Tuning/Vehicle folder.
Just set the maximum value for a voice that now I don't remember!
