MM2 screen resolution

MM2 has 1280x1024 screen resolution option. I just tried it, and there is a GIANT difference between 640x480 and the highest resolution. Don't play MM2 at low resolution, it makes the game look really bad.

There won't be another mm2. Never. Because Microsoft is stupid and could care less. They just go for the money.

Awalwang, that is the screen resolution that I always use to play MM2. The quality is very nice. If you have at least a 17" LCD monitor, like me, better play it with that screen resolution. If you use a CRT monitor you can play it with any screen resolution; just use the best resolution to play it without game increments problems with high details.

A next Midtown Madness series game won't be made. I think that Microsoft have made MM3 only to give a nice game for its Xbox game console, with a nice Xbox Live gameplay and especially to sold its game console in Christmas period. Do you remember the 2003 Christmas Xbox retail pack with MM3 and Halo?
Halo is even a Xbox's best seller and MM3 is good to be played in Xbox Live, since with this pack there was a one month Xbox Live free subscription.

I have a 19" LCD, and when I compared the high resolution to the one I used to use(640x480), the screens seems a little stretched on the high res one.
