Two .ar files? After done the own configuration, clicking on Generate the generator will create the .ar file that you can download after done this. This .ar file uses numbers as name and you have to put this file in your main MM2 directory.

I believe yes, but you have to edit the roam.aimap and the road.aimap_p files in the .ar file manually. Open them with Notepad and then try to change the internal cars base names (like vpbug, vpcop, vpcoop, etc.) with that of other cars, in-game or downloaded cars.Can you do anything besides using the default cars?
The order of the list is the same that the CopGen lets show, so you can see what cop car will be replaced in each row.
