I get Heap Overruns all the time...I just cant have pedestrians,Traffic,or Cops... 8O

With that much you can't do anything....unless you have a Pentium 2 or some ancient machine.

I suppose even a Pentium 2, 256MB of RAM and a real old video and sound cards would work....but not for add-ons, especially high poly add-ons.

And you'd have to put everything at the lowest. No cloud shadows, software rendering, low resolution, low quality...Ugh... :roll:
