There's a mod that make all traffic cars like buses, I don't know if it's this. It's quite old and it's called City Bus Mod.

I don't know where you can found it now, it isn't in the most important MM2 websites. It's also called "City of buses".

Want to make a nice traffic jam with only add-on cars? Download a Komatsu 930E with max traffic. Drive around, see what happens.
