There was a traffic mod for SF which changed all the cars for real ones (Can't remember the exact name). But if it could be edited for London too that would be cool, i would do it myself if i werent the worst modder in the history of man.

The ZRamber Traffic Mod seems that's a beta version of a traffic mod. It's pretty good and changes only the SF traffic cars with real ones.
