Ok, doesn't matter, the important thing is to don't make any new ones. As far as I know is possible to request the missing password of an account, but I'm not sure.

I don't know about this algorithm, all PHP Nuke based websites should use it, but the problem is that he has forgot the passwords of his other accounts.

It was already died before you posted. I don't see a reason to delete this thread.
