Nice road textures but please, can you fix the normals of hills and also the ground textures ?

How so?
You are using Zmodeler and MM2City Toolkit, right? You should improve the ground textures and I can help you with that or make some for you.

i know how to use uv mapping,but i was trying to rotate the texture and some hill were looking still bad.

Yep it's hard to handle textures on this kind of objects.
Do your best to have a track with the better possible look.

Maybe you should fix the vertices, I mean you must "uniteselect" these because I saw some polies detached and this is a possible reason for your problem. Later you'll be able to fix the normals by detaching polies.
But finally I dunno if I'm right because the quality of the last pic is bad.
I guess that you don't make/copy the BOUND objects yourself, right ? So, if it's MM2 CTK makes it, the error comes from the original PHx object.

I've replaced it with new one,with better textures.

Looks good. It will be nice to see how it turns out.
Since you have a cop car for your city I assume you will also have traffic? Or will the cop car just be parked at some places?
