I know I have gotten lazy and have only finished the mainpage and forums
MMA may also be experiencing this message due to spambots. We have had attacks on mm2 modcity that caused this message as well. I will look around and report back whatever is wrong. Looking through the FTP directory it's pretty crowded we may need to free up some space as well.

It's not really a problem of hosting, in fact now the website works fine.

It goes in and out. The message is caused by the amount of CPU usage per 60 seconds which is why only sometimes that message occurs.
I may have found the root of the problem. Looking at all site and hosted site stats it seems that a single IP (tracing to France) has over 4GB of traffic to Madness Revived's site. 4GB is a incredible amount of bandwidth which is what I think is the source of the problem.
Unfortunately I don't think there is a fix to this except to get better hosting for MMA.
