No, it's not. It was made only for XBox and Microsoft is not going to make it for PC.

there's an emulator that can play MM3 or HALO 2
i forgot the name , but i never could MM3 on pc

Excluding the possible way that a guy had to publish (probably it was going to be a fake), there's no way to play MM3 on PC with the only two Xbox Emulators available. One is called CXBX, and the other one lets work only the game Halo.

if you put the mm3 cd in ur cd-rom i saw it had some music p.s. it might not work for anything under xp (such as windows 2000 or anything under) by the way if u have an xbox then u MUST get mm3!
