i have heard a lot about the racemod that adds the audi tt cruising in sf.

what racemod is that, and where to find?

Sure you mean this and the following posts. The link to get the SF Racemod is this one. This mod changes all the SF races and adds one or maybe more Audi TT cruising around SF in cruise mode. Maybe this mod adds a new edited SF instead edit the in-game one.
