Is there a way to make the firetruck have another siren sound while the police cars still have the same siren? How to do that?

You will probably have to make a addon or edit the vehicle, i have a addon to make a beeping sound for a bus and the folders are, aud, cardata, shared, and vehtypes.csv. so you can maybe edit the file.

I dont think so. Its one siren sound shared by all the "cop" cars. If you change it for the fire truck, it will be the same for any other cop car.

The game uses the same sirens sounds for all the cars. There are a kind of sirens sounds for London, and another kind for SF and any other add-on track. There are some sirens mods available for MM2 that changes only the SF cop cars sirens sounds; some changes the London ones too.
That's the only way to change the cop cars sounds, and this edit will involve any cop car, so isn't possible to change them only to a specific car, as Driver has asked. Also, if you use a cop car in SF and then in London, you'll notice that the sirens sounds are different, one for each city.
