gta sa mouse don't work always

I have an problem with my gta san andreas.
the game have some problems with the mouse.
the mouse don't work always and I must press the hole time esc to switch the menu on and off until the mouse work.
this must I do every time when I safe the game or I switch to windows and back (with alt-tab).
please help me its very annoying.

I have had this problem before. Mainly only on SAMP. I never could find a fix. Running as an admin seemed to reduce the problem a bit.

Me to I just went back to the menu (will crash if i don't

) alt-tabbed like you and went back. Anyone else have a fix?

do you have the problem too that the car reflection are up side down when you switch to windows and back?
