I've seen a shot Here it's Island Mod , But i dunno where to get it

There's no mod for MM2 called Island Mod. That island should be added by the Crazy Trailers 4 Mod; I know that it adds some objects to SF, like also some little islands and rocks on SF sea. Get it here.
