Lock the car, which program to use?

I tried searching google, but didn't find anything useful.
Is there any program which I can use to lock my cars, from opening using zip.
I guess every team has mush the same program, but different encrypting keys.

You need a program of HQTM-Team to lock your cars
Try to contact him (maxoff) to get the program

The .ar files locking program can't be found anywhere. To get it you must contact the author, Maxoff, at HQTM-Team forum or from this forum here. Tell him that you want his .ar files locking program, then he'll give to you some rules to accept to get it, after give to he your e-mail address so he can send to you the program. After got it, run it and give to Maxoff the displayed code. At the end, he'll send to you a file to let work the program only in your computer, so you have to decide which computer use the program because he won't give other codes.
Is available another files locking program, but it's not so good like the Maxoff's one, and it works in a very slow way with bigger .ar files.
