i want to change screens of mm2 , witch program i will use ???
i use dear2 and winrar also painter but it's awfull

There's no program that allows to change easily the buttons and/or any other image used for the game menu, you must do it manually, and sincerely isn't so hard, it just takes time.

You mean the backgrounds and the buttons of the menus?
I've got two methods, the first is very long and precise. Personnaly i use Mediator 7pro, i could explain you how to do but it's very precise and long to make a good job, but the result is excellent.
I never tried the second one but i think it's faster and easier. You need Xnview (open TGA files) and DXTBmp (create alpha chanel), they're free. Create an alpha channel for all the buttons and make only the text visible. Then you could change the backgrounds. But you need to resize the buttons etc... send me a PM and i'll explain you
