hi. can someone tell me how to fix this?

It's not an error of the program, it's just because there are errors in the modeled track, and so the program tells you that there are problems in generating it. Some polygons aren't connected to each other, there could be double vertices, etc.
You have to check better the modeled track and fix it. You could also try to re-make it.
