[Request]Info about the .bai files

Im gathering some info about the .bai files and well after a hour of googling came up with nothing. Can anyone help out?

From the MM2 City Toolkit BAI Editor, that's in read only version, you can gather some info about the voices of the already less known .bai files. With the PSDL Viewer program you can too. In the MM2 City Toolkit documentation there's a chapter about them. Searching at MM2C forum is possible to get something, especially posted by Maxoff and fre_ber.
