does anyone know where i can find paulo-131's inst editor? i cant find it :(

Yeah, that program is very rare to find now, but I see it now pretty useless after the release of the MM2 City Toolkit, with a better managering and editing of the .inst files with also the 3D view. I have it, PM me if you want it.
