i want to have a go at making a 1984 reliant rialto but i just can't find a blueprint anywhere! can anyone help? this will be my 1st car so i don't know if it will be good or bad.

It's an old and little known car, most of the times is pratically impossible find blueprints of old and rare cars. The best solution in these cases is to use real photos of the car, at least in front, side and rear views. Here's one of the best cars blueprints websites; to find pictures of this car to use as referiment to make a 3D model of it use Google Images search engine.
