I've Vista too, and I've some troubles!
I've classic madness, and I can't have all the cars unlocked...what I could on the other...
Any ideas?

I've splitted the post in a new topic here because your post is about a completely different thing, and it hasn't anything to do with the working of MM2 on Windows Vista.
By default, some cars of the Classic Madness are locked, it's a feature of this release pack. To have all the cars unlocked you should complete the races and the Crash Course mode, but is available a completed savegame made to have all the cars and paintjobs unlocked, get it here. I haven't tried it, but sure it works well.
