How do you change the shaders using maxoff's pkg filter?

You mean the shineness etc? It's same for everything, always can edit in M2CT, or I get your question wrong

Yeah, I mean the shininess.
On mm2c maxoff said that you could change the shaders (using the filter), but I don't know how.

You mean how to set on or off the reflections map from a material exporting with the Maxoff's PKG Zmodeler filter, right?
You just have to set the material type to Unused to the materials that haven't to get the reflections to don't won't it to them in-game. Instead, to have it select the Glowing type. All is explained in this post.
