Hi! Is there another Cities in mm2 full version or only San franssisco & london

No. Only London and San Fransisco are in MM2. But you can download some from here.

Of course not, the only default cities available in the full/complete version of Midtown Madness 2 game are San Francisco and London. Is possible to have many fantasy and some real places like the New York City from Midnight Club game downloading track add-ons made by the community.
