ZModeler to MM2

hey i have modeled my first car on zmodeler and want to get it into mm2.
can anyone tell me how to do it?

When you all are talking about the Silent1Unknown's (or Silent's) car making tutorial, do a link to it, everyone can't know where it is. Here it is, follow the steps about how export the made model and make it as MM2 player vehicle.
