It`s actually very nice effect that can be easily done in ZModeler or any another program. You just need to make an unionized copy of your model (with the wheels), then vertical mirror it and you should receive that:

Haha nice sig, it took me two seconds to understand why I hadn't started this thread 8O

RF is right. Don't forget to check if wheels are well placed on the horizontal axis before starting the copy/reorient.

So, when the car is done (w/ wheels), click on the mirror tool (modify > mirror), then click on the car, from any view (except bottom/top/3D of course ; check if the vertical axis only is enabled before).

Finally from Photoshop (or more), you can add a drop shadow from the blending options (right click on the current layer).

Even with an old computer, you can enable the AA and Aniso from the graphic card options.
