The downside is it doesnt actually take you anywhere. But maybe thats never been the purpose of a Porsche.

Well Porsche is fast, comfortable, luxury and it's not damageable crap like other sports cars(search for these German tests of used cars and their prices etc.)

VW is almost same thing as Porsche except that 2nd one is a bit faster but I don't think that mk1 Golf is really great

Well German cars are really nice, Their model are perfect like BMW, VW, Mercedes Benz.

I think that the best car all-around car is the Ferrari 458 italia. If not, lets go with the Subaru BRZ/Scion FRS.
