!In my case, MM2 is easiest to mod cause its the only thing I've learned to mod...though oddly, I've been working on GTA SA conversions nowhere near as long as I tried to scratch model, yet the conversions are much easier, and soon I'll have my first finished.
So I guess personal opinions depend upon how quickly each person adapts to modding a game rather than how long they've been modding it.
