I would like to know if anyone has gotten their hands on this program, I would really like to try this program out because I personally don't like using MM2CT because I hate the way sidewalks need to be exported...too many problems :/

A HUGE thank you to whoever can help!

It's just for inst objects. Doesn't do much. I've tried it. It isn't worth it. ;)

Have you made any progress using PSDL Editor?

I have this program but it's now pratically useless, it won't help you in any way, especially for what you're asking because it's not made for that. Only the MM2 City Toolkit and how it's developed allows to make new MM2 cities with roads and sidewalks for traffic and pedestrians. It's the easiest way possible, you only have to do more training with the modeling of the track, and the sideways have to be exported in that way to let them turn into real sidewalks when the PSDL terrain is created, I don't see this a problem...
Another program to make PSDL terrains with roads for traffic is the Java made program PSDL Viewer, but it's really hard to use for this.

I swear when I was reading up on this program, it was basically used to simplify the process when it came to using PSDL Viewer. Am I thinking of the wrong program? :?

Yeah, there's also the Zentra GPS Mapper to create new tracks for MM2. After have figured out some things about it, it's not so much easy to use at first, you can be able to generate just a PSDL terrain with a road, sidewalks and few more, like this track. It's a great thing in the MM2 modding history, but it doesn't give the all the many advantages of MM2 City Toolkit.
