and your in a short dream, where your running or walking, then you slip up then you wake up with a fright? Has anyone had these type of dreams? XD

No, but I've had several dreams that ended right when they were starting to get really good.

I sometimes have a feeling when trying to fall a sleep like i would fall off something instead im sleeping still in bed and when i "fall" i allways jump in air a bit

my psychology teacher last year told us that the brain in that stage is trying to calm the muscles and that is a normal thing (the body reaction) in tiring days , you actually jump cuz the muscles aren't "sleep" yet so the actually act like in real life . Happens to anyone i think

Sleep Paralysis can be freaky. Once I slowly came out of a dream, waking up slowly. I was a weird dream where I was in this tiny room that had a big rack of video games. At the end, before I woke up, I was trapped in the room trying to get out. When I woke up I couldn't move or breathe. It took awhile before I was finally able to sit up and breathe.

I've had dreams before where I've taken a plunge somewhere or started to trip and the next thing you know, I'm awake with the living shit scared out of me, acting as if I was truly falling. I hate when that happens. As for sleep paralysis, I have never experienced that before. Thankfully.

that some times happens to me too!

but another thing i hate is when some times i dream a very good dreams and when the good thing happens my brother always wake me up!

This to me lots of times.. im still half-awake when this happens lol
