I tested it, nice but sometimes gets annoying view if hit something :P

This kind of view 3D parallel view is used in some HK buses, like your example screenshot shows too. You can get its file if the bus that uses it isn't locked. Precisely, the files to change or edit are "*_near.camPov" or "*_far.camPov".
Not a good camera view for the driving because it's fixed, and the 3D parallel view looks pretty weird.
