does anyone has the sf map editor, cuz i cant download it anymore mm2c anymore.

Sure you mean this, available at MMArchive website. The MM2C website downloads links are broken since some months, becasue of database related problems, but the files are still present in the server, what's hard is get their direct links.
It was a good tool in past before MM2 City Toolkit program to add prop type objects in SF, but surely not own made objects. I remember to have used a similar one in past, it's not like the screenshot. MM2 City Toolkit program is able to do the same identical things in a better way and with the comfort of the 3D view of the city.
