Postby matt1314 » Mon Dec 26, 2011 7:00 pm

I got Railworks 3: Train Simulator 2012 some weeks ago and my interest for trains is reborn! Anyone interested in my screenshots?

Okay, guys. Sorry for the little delay after the topic making. Here are my first shots from a Russian route and the TEM2 Russian engine. All you see is freeware. It's really worth to be a payware product, but it's really free. It's so good to be free that I'm totally amazed! :D But first off two funny screens:

Now the Russian stuff:

And then I derailed... :P

Enjoy the screens and leave some comments. :)

Don't know, I derailed there as well and my train flew up into the sky. Seems that the derailment system of RW3 is a bit buggy. When I derailed the TEM2 and its train... Man, you had to see this! I was like WTF!? A bigger part of the train started shaking after a while together with the engine and then... guess what. It went flying into the sky and disappeared high above me, LOL. :P

OMG i just had the laugh of the year with that screenshot xD ... but i still don't get it how only EA on latest Madden games has archived a realistic snow , all other games suck on snow , even FIFA that is made by EA sucks too :/

Nice screenshots and game graphic. Great that this trains simulator is free.

It has good graphics for a freeware. Where did you get this?

Guys, the Russian trains you see are free. The train simulator itself is a normal payware product. :P The Russian stuff is available here.

I just now noticed this topic. :P

Very nice screenshots, the game looks pretty cool. I'm curious, how similar is it to MSTS? Are the controls similar, for example?

Didn't see your post here. :P

Yes, the controls are practically the same plus you get many more options and controls as well as animations and all that stuff.

Not really much interest, huh? :( Here my latest two videos of RW3 testing the FPS while recording.

Railworks 3: Train Simulator 2012 - Glasgow Central Station FPS Test (with Core Update)

Railworks 3: Train Simulator 2012 - London Road Station FPS Test

How well does it run in your opinion?
