In-Game Loading Time

I have a total of 48 dLs active. I use the car loader, so I use 48 cars, but have 70. I don't think this matters because my friend has the same amount. But, when I choose like Cruise or CnR in Multiplayer, and then launch, my screen turns black then goes to the loading screen for the game. It takes a good minute and a half to let me into the game. My friend is immediately in the game, even when he's hosting. Also, I have MegaMod2 for SF and London installed, along with a HUD display and crazytrailers. But again, I don't think this matters because I take them out of the game and the loading thing still happens. Can anyone help. IDK if this exists w/ other ppl, but just knowing that would help...

What are your computer's specs (graphics card, etc.)?

My resoultion is set at 800x600 in mm2. And I'm using a NVIDIA GeForce 2 400 MX. IDK if that'll help. Thanx
